Reflective Spaces

Picture
Whether your work is paid or voluntary, having a space where you can take some time out to reflect on how things are going can be a real game changer. Although my experience lies particularly in supporting those working with people, I might well be able to support you in other areas of work as well.

A reflective space is:
  • A safe space
  • Non-judgemental
  • A space to draw breath and recover
  • A space to learn from experience

What clients might bring to the space:
  • Case work: you might want to reflect on a particular case that you have been finding difficult
  • Workplace relationships
  • Managing change and moving forward
  • Managing people and leadership
  • Dealing with stress and burn out

How I work:
All my work is collaborative, meaning that we are setting the goals and agenda for the sessions together, but what is most important is that the work is relevant and helpful for you. I will draw on my therapeutic, mindfulness and supervisory experience but always in service of you.
If you’re thinking of working with me:

  • Get in touch
  • We’ll arrange a free, half hour introduction session online
  • If you decide you want to work with me, then we can work face to face or online.
